Q: HMW is prompting me for my user name. What is this?
A: Your username is the same as your email address. You may change your email address at anytime by going, after login in, to My Account . There you have several options to update your account including your email address.
Q: HMW is prompting me for my password, but I don't know what it is?
A: If you don't know or have forgotten your password, click on "I Forgot My Password" found next to the login field on the header of this page. A message containing your password will be sent to your registered email address. You may change your password at anytime by going, after login in, to My Account . Although HMW is secure, as with any site, it is a good practice to change your password regularly.
Q: How do I update my profile?
A: Your profile includes your basic contact information so that we may contact you if the need arises. We will not sell or divulge your information to a third party. You may update your profile at anytime by login in and going to My Account once there you can make the necessary changes to your profile.
Q: I received an email message to renew my subscription. How do I do that?
A: When your subscription is due for renewal, you will receive several reminders from us via email with renewal information. You can renew your subscription several different ways. The fastest way to renew is by credit card. Go to My Account and enter your username and password. If you do not have a credit card on file with us, select Credit Card Information and complete the form, clicking on the Save Information button to exit. Your credit card information will be securely stored for future purchases and renewals. You will then be directed back to the My Account section. Select Renew HMW online and complete the form as directed. You may also renew by printing a copy of our renewal form and faxing it back to us at the number indicated on the form or you may call us directly with your credit card information at 305 448 5838. Q: How will I receive the weekly newsletter?
A: Every Monday, you will receive a message with the headline and excerpts of the stories that were published on that Monday. You may select any story from this list or click on our logo, either of which will redirect you to hispanicmarketweekly.com. When prompted, enter your username and password and you will be able to view your selection. You may also view the entire newsletter for that week by selecting View Entire Issue. If you are not currently logged in, HMW online will prompt you to do so. After you click on the link titled "View Entire Issue in PDF Format," Adobe Acrobat Reader will open the issue within your browser. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you may download a free version by going to www.adobe.com. To save the entire issue, click on the Save icon within Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Q: I haven't received my weekly message from HMW. How do I view the articles?
A: In the rare case that you do not receive your weekly message from us, go directly to HMW and select issue content. Once you login, you will be able to view the new stories for that week or view the entire issue.
Q: How do I search for content related to my company?
A: One of the benefits of having a subscription to HMW online is that you have access to every story we have written since 1997. Searching for information about your company, industry, or competition is easy. Simply type in a few keywords in the space in the upper left of each page and click go. HMW online will then search for the closest matches to the keywords you provided. If you are not currently logged in, you will be prompted for your username and password to view the entire article.
